Does the user see any HelloSafe branding?
No. The white-label flow is fully de-branded. Your logo, your colours, your domain. HelloSafe and the insurer appear only in the policy documents, as required by Canadian insurance rules. HelloSafe is the independent marketplace and never sells or underwrites the policy itself.
How long does it take to go live?
The hosted page variant is typically live within 1 to 3 business days after theme configuration. The embedded iframe requires a small code change on your side, usually less than an hour of engineering work.
Do I need an insurance licence to offer a white-label flow?
No. The policy is sold and underwritten by licensed Canadian insurers; HelloSafe is the independent marketplace that powers the comparison. You surface and embed the flow, so no insurance licence is needed on your side.
Can I pre-fill trip details from my booking data?
Yes. Pass destination, travel dates and traveller ages as URL parameters and the comparison loads pre-filled. Your users go straight to comparing offers without re-entering data they already gave you.
How do I track conversions?
Every purchase through your white-label flow is tracked in your Atlas partner dashboard in real time. You can also receive a server-side postback notification per sale for integration with your own analytics or CRM.
What is the commission model?
Same as the standard partner program: up to 20% commission on every policy sold through your white-label flow, recurring on renewals. Paid monthly with no minimum threshold.
