Coach Atlas

Your client's complete pre-departure briefing, ready in seconds

Coach Atlas is not just about insurance. It builds the full departure file for every traveller: entry requirements, health, practical tips and real coverage. You advise with facts, you hand over a PDF, and you offer the quote that's missing. All on a single screen.

Two winners

The traveller leaves reassured. You sell more.

The same briefing serves two interests at once: your client's peace of mind, and your agency's revenue.

For your client

A departure with no nasty surprises

The right entry requirements, the right vaccines, the right coverage, gathered and explained. They leave with a clear document, and the feeling of having been advised rather than sold to.

  • Nothing forgotten before departure
  • Coverage that matches the trip
  • A PDF to keep on hand
For you, the agent

Every section is a chance to sell

The briefing does not just reveal an insurance gap. It surfaces everything you can offer on top, with the words to sell it.

  • More insurance: the "I'm already covered" objection falls, with proof
  • Extra services: visa assistance, eSIM, international driving permit
  • A higher average basket, on every file

The problem

A poorly prepared client means one less sale and one more claim.

Your agents know the destination, but not always the visa required, the recommended vaccines, or what the client's card actually covers. The result: incomplete advice, the "I'm already covered" objection that stalls the sale, and travellers who discover the gaps once they've landed.

Requirements missed

The traveller leaves without the right visa or vaccines

Visa, electronic authorization (ESTA, eTA), passport validity, required vaccines: each of these has to be checked destination by destination, and they are almost never all covered at the moment of booking.

The card objection

"My card already covers me"

The line that kills the insurance sale. Except the caps are low, the exclusions many (adventure sports, COVID, long stays), and the cardholder only finds out at claim time. Without proof, the agent has nothing to counter with.

Advice off the cuff

It all rests on the agent's memory

Currency, international driving permit, eSIM, customs, emergency contacts: the right advice exists, but it's scattered, never written down, and rarely handed to the client. Nothing to leave in their hands, nothing that prompts them to buy.

A complete briefing

Four sections brought together on a single screen

Coach Atlas combines the traveller's profile (residence, destinations, type of trip) with up-to-date data, and produces a structured pre-departure briefing, ready to walk through with the client.

Entry requirements

Visa, electronic authorization, passport validity: what needs doing before departure, destination by destination. Reference data, dated and sourced, right in the briefing.

Insurance analyzed

The card's real coverage, line by line, with the actual caps and the actual exclusions. And above all: what's missing, and the product that fills it.

Health and practical tips

Required and recommended vaccines, international driving permit, currency and payment, eSIM and plug type, customs, pets. The memo a good agent would give from memory, written down.

Useful contacts

Embassy, details and numbers on the ground. The traveller leaves with the essentials in their PDF, and your name at the top of the document.

How it works

You enter the trip. Coach prepares everything else.

01

Describe the traveller

Residence, one or more destinations, type of trip (group travel, long stay, high-risk activity). Add the bank card by name or by the 6 digits of the BIN, or skip the card entirely.

02

Coach builds the briefing

Entry requirements, health, practical tips and insurance analysis are brought together in seconds, with a score per section and the list of things to sort out before departure.

03

You advise, hand over, sell

Walk through the checklist with the client, hand over the PDF on your letterhead, and offer the quote that fills the gaps: the Quote Tool opens pre-filled, or your own policy if it's set up.

The sales assistant

Coach doesn't just tell you what's missing. It tells you what to say.

Every coverage gap becomes a ready-to-use argument, ranked by strength. The agent no longer improvises: they read from the script.

The argument, with the number

For each weakness: the fact, the card's real cap, and a quote from the policy terms. Verifiable data, not a hunch.

The line to say

Coach phrases the pitch for the counter: "here's what to say." The agent reads it, the client understands, the conversation moves forward.

The answer to the objection

"I'm already covered," "it's too expensive": for each common objection, Coach gives the answer ready to deliver, backed by the facts in the briefing.

The social proof

"Most travellers to this destination aren't covered enough on this item." The gap becomes concrete, and so does the urgency.

And once the client is convinced: one click opens the pre-filled quote, or your own policy. From diagnosis to sale, with no re-keying.

Questions about Coach Atlas

What partners ask before getting started.

Is Coach Atlas only bank card analysis?

No. It's a complete pre-departure briefing: entry requirements, health, practical tips and insurance analysis, brought together on a single screen. The card is even optional: you can prepare a briefing for a trip with no card at all.

Where does the entry-requirement and health data come from?

From recognized industry reference sources, dated and cited right in the briefing. Each section shows its update date and stays informational: the details should be confirmed with the official authorities before departure.

Can I hand the briefing to the client?

Yes, in one click. The briefing prints to a clean PDF, on your letterhead, without the tool's controls. A deliverable the traveller keeps, and that carries your brand.

Is my client's card data secure?

Bank/card selection requires no sensitive data. If you use the BIN (the first 6 digits visible on the front), that code identifies only the network and card product, not the client. No personal data is transmitted or stored.

Does Coach Atlas work internationally?

Yes. The briefing covers close to 200 destinations, with a traveller profile adapted to the market. For a card outside the catalogue, a typical profile by network and tier takes over. The detailed card database is centred on cards issued in Canada, and is expanding to other markets.

How do I access Coach Atlas?

Coach Atlas is available in your Atlas dashboard from the moment you join the partner program. Sign up, access your account, and Coach Atlas is in the main menu.

Does Coach Atlas replace my advisory role?

No. Coach Atlas is a sales support tool: it provides factual data on entry requirements, health, and a card's real coverage. You still advise and close, with facts to back you up rather than intuition. The advice stays human; Coach Atlas makes it objective.

It changes the game for travel businesses

What agencies, networks and platforms see once the pre-departure briefing is part of their sale.

Before, we'd raise the insurance question and get back an "I'm already covered." Now we open the briefing, show the gaps in black and white, and the client gets it in thirty seconds. We sign a lot more.

Independent travel agency

Canada

The briefing opened up sales we weren't making: the eSIM, visa assistance, the international driving permit. It's all on the same screen, the agent just walks the client through it.
